| Mile 533 Marine Ways,
Inc. is a full service dry dock facility located at mile marker 533
on the Gulf Intra Coastal Water Way in Aransas Pass, Texas. We have
a 150 ton travel lift and a 250 ton marine rail way for hauling
vessels out up to 150 foot in length. We cater to commercial vessels
such as tugs, barges, crew boats, and shrimp boats as well as
private vessels such as yachts, fishing boats, and sail boats. Mile
533 Marine Ways also services the local United States Navy, and
United States Coast Guard’s vessels. The yard manager and
supervisor have over 50 years combined experience in marine vessel
maintenance and repair. They will see that all jobs are done in a
timely fashion and meet the customer’s expectations. Mile 533 Marine
Ways also employs a strong line up of skilled laborers specializing
in painting, fiberglass work, sand blasting, welding (steel and
aluminum), and gel coat repair. We also have accounts at numerous
suppliers to acquire the parts needed for your vessel at competitive
